「帮我记」隐私政策

「帮我记」（英文名 Cowcow）是一款帮助您记住东西放在哪儿的应用。我们把您的隐私放在第一位。本应用不收集、不上传、不向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。

我们如何处理您的信息

• 本机存储：您记录的物品、地点、提醒等内容都保存在您自己的设备上。
• 语音识别：您说话时的语音转文字全部在设备本机完成，语音内容不会被上传到任何服务器。
• iCloud 同步（可选）：如果您选择开启，您的数据会通过 Apple 的 iCloud/CloudKit 同步到您自己的 iCloud 账户，用于跨设备同步和与家人共享。这些数据存放在 Apple 的私有数据库中，只有您和您授权共享的家人能访问，我们无法看到。此功能受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
• 家庭共享（可选）：您可以主动把一个「家」共享给指定的家人。只有被您邀请的人才能访问被共享的内容。
• 私密物品：标记为「私密」的内容需要通过 Face ID / Touch ID 或设备密码才能查看，离开应用即自动锁定。
• 备份导出：您可以把数据导出成一个由您设置密码加密的文件。该文件由您自行保管，我们不接触。

我们不做的事

• 不收集您的姓名、位置、通讯录或任何可识别身份的信息。
• 不使用任何第三方分析、广告或追踪工具。
• 不上传您的语音、物品记录或使用行为。

儿童隐私

本应用面向普通大众，不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的任何信息。

您的权利

您的数据始终在您自己的设备和 iCloud 账户中。您可以随时在应用内删除任何内容，或在系统「设置 → iCloud」中管理相关数据。删除应用即会移除设备上的本机数据。

Privacy Policy for "帮我记" (Cowcow)

"帮我记" (Cowcow) is an app that helps you remember where you put your things. Your privacy comes first. The app does not collect, upload, or sell your personal information to any third party.

How we handle your information

• On-device storage: The items, places, and reminders you record are stored on your own device.
• Speech recognition: Speech-to-text is performed entirely on-device. Your voice is never sent to any server.
• iCloud sync (optional): If you enable it, your data syncs through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit to your own iCloud account for cross-device use and family sharing. This data lives in Apple's private database, accessible only to you and family members you explicitly share with; we cannot see it. This feature is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Family sharing (optional): You may choose to share a "home" with specific family members. Only people you invite can access shared content.
• Private items: Content marked "private" requires Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode to view, and locks automatically when you leave the app.
• Encrypted backup: You can export your data to a file encrypted with a password you choose. That file is yours to keep; we never touch it.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any identifying information.
• We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.
• We do not upload your voice, records, or usage behavior.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for a general audience, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Your rights

Your data always resides on your own device and in your iCloud account. You can delete any content in the app at any time, or manage the associated data in Settings → iCloud. Deleting the app removes the on-device data.
